Steak and Chipotle Quesadilla

Instructions
- Lay tortillas on work surface. Stir together salsa and chipotle. Spread over 2 tortillas; top with cheese and steak. Cap with remaining tortillas.
- Heat half of the oil in large skillet set over medium heat; cook quesadillas in 2 batches, turning once, for 4 to 6 minutes or until golden brown and crisp, adding remaining oil as needed.
- Cut into wedges and serve with guacamole for dipping.
Tips:
- Substitute pulled pork or chicken for steak if desired.
- Also, delicious served with sour cream for dipping.
