Bloomin’ Onion Bread

Ingredients
- 1 unsliced loaf of round sourdough bread
- 1 lb Andrew & Everett® Monterey Jack Brick Cheese , thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup butter , melted
- 1/2 cup green onion , chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F
- Cut bread in a crisscross pattern
- Spoon butter/onion mixture into bread cracks. Arrange cheese slices and shredded cheese between the bread cuts
- Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes
