Spinach, Garlic & Cheese Sandwich Melt

Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 2 cloves fresh garlic , diced
- Dash of red pepper flakes
- 2 slices Andrew & Everett Provolone Cheese
- 1 sandwich roll , white or wheat
Instructions
- Sauté spinach in a pan with diced garlic and the red pepper flakes.
- Place slices of Andrew & Everett® Sliced Provolone Cheese on top of the cooked spinach.
- When the cheese is nearly melted, scoop out the mixture and place inside a warm (or toasted) roll.
- Serve immediately.
