Ham & Cheese Pastry Rollups

Ingredients
- 7 ounces Black Forest ham , deli sliced
- 1 package (8 sticks) Andrew & Everett Mozzarella String Cheese or Cheese Sticks
- 1 package (2 large sheets or 17.3 ounces) Puff Pastry
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350° F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lay out puff pastry and use Mozzarella String Cheese or Cheese Stick as a guide. Cut puff pastry into 6-inch-long strips leaving 1-inch on either side of Mozzarella String Cheese or Cheese Stick.
- Next, layer ham on top of each cut puff pastry and place one Mozzarella String Cheese or Cheese Stick lengthwise on top of the ham and pastry.
- Lifting the puff pastry lengthwise, begin to roll it up tightly around Mozzarella String Cheese stick.
- When 2 inches away from end of puff pastry, tuck both ends of the pastry in and continue to roll, sealing the cheese and ham inside the pastry creating a pocket.
- Lay puff pastry roll ups on the baking sheet no more than 2 inches from each other.
- Place in the oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until edges are golden brown and serve.
