  1. Pre-Heat cast iron skillet over medium heat.
  2. Assemble sandwich by spreading bread slices with pesto, then add Andrew & Everett® Shredded Mozzarella Cheese and season with a pinch of sea salt and pepper.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the skillet and toast sandwich for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  4. Remove from skillet once sandwich is golden brown and mozzarella has melted around the edges.
