Cheesy Cauliflower Bake
  1. Place cauliflower into large pot of water and bring water to a boil. Cook until tender but still firm. About 5-8 minutes. Remove from water and let stand.
  2. Cut Melting Cheese into 1-inch cubes.
  3. Melt butter in sauce pan over medium heat.
  4. Pour in milk, a little at a time. Stir continuously for 2 minutes.
  5. Add cheese cubes and half (2 tbsp) of grated parmesan into pan and increase heat to medium-high. Stir until cheese has completely melted.
  6. Cut cauliflower into bite sized pieces and place into baking dish and pour cheese sauce on top.
  7. Top with breadcrumbs, turmeric, the remainder of the grated parmesan (2 tbsp) and black pepper to season.
  8. Place under low broiler for a few minutes until the top starts to turn golden brown. Remove from oven and serve.
