  • Milk is sourced from family-owned self-sustaining farms run by 3rd & 4th generation cheese makers in America’s Heartland – local from where the cows are raised.
  • All cows are free range, grass fed, and treated humanely with care and respect.
  • Andrew & Everett cheeses are manufactured in a manner to maximize freshness (milk to cheese in 48 hours) and virtually eliminate cross-contamination.
  • Products contain no antibiotics, preservatives, animal by-products, binders or fillers and are gluten-free.
  • No cows are injected with synthetic rBGH-BST growth hormones.
  • No cows are fed animal by-products.
  • No antibiotics are used for our dairy cows. If cows become ill and antibiotics are necessary, they are removed from the dairy herd.
  • All Andrew and Everett products are produced in Gluten Free facilities and tested on a regular basis to ensure the non-presence of glutens.
  • No preservatives, binders or fillers are used in our cheeses.
  • All cheeses are made with non-animal rennet.
